Sazerac

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 2 dashes peychaud’s bitters
• 1 dash angostura bitters
• absinthe
• 1 tsp sugar
• lemon peel

Instructions

1. Rinse glass with absinthe
2. In a mixing glass combine sugar, bitters and a few drops of water
3. Mix until well combined
4. Add rye whiskey
5. Stir
6. Transfer to lowball glass or rocks glass
7. Garnish with lemon peel
