Berkshire Greylock Gin

Berkshire Mountain Distillers, established in 2007, is the region's first legal distillery since prohibition. The small farm distillery draws their water from a local spring, and source local farm products whenever possible in producing their spirits.  Greylock Gin is produced with a blend of botanicals, which are packed into a gin head suspended over a pot still. This London dry style gin impresses with its balance, concentration of flavor, and exceptional character in cocktails.
