Winemaker Joe Dobbes chooses select barrels from the harvest for this Reserve Pinot Noir. Layer after layer of raspberry, blueberry, black cherry and pepper spice run through the long palate to the finish that is balanced by a soft oaky flavor (Elegant, Raspberry, Blueberry, Medium-bodied) Pinot Noir pairs well with salmon or tuna and meaty white fish, lean red meats, duck, turkey, and fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme. It is also a great choice for the Thanksgiving table.
