Eola Hills Pinot Gris

This is a delicious change from typical Pinot Gris.  Instead of just aging in stainless steel tanks we fermented and aged our Reserve Gris in Acacia barrels from South of France.  This wine starts like a Pinot Gris but finishes kind of like a Chardonnay.  The best of both worlds.  We used the most mature fruit from our “Wolf Hill” estate vineyard for this reserve wine. 
Try this with Smoked Salmon or Smoked Halibut.
