A very fruity, almost peach juice-like wine with layers of honeydew melon and apricot. There's an interesting tug of war between sweet and sour in the mouth that promises to pair well with exotic foods (Melon, Peach, Medium-bodied) Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris pair nicely with seafood, light pasta, and cheese crackers. It can also be a great salad wine.
