A blend of different vineyards from Solutré and Vergisson, the grapes are harvested when fully ripe and pressed immediately by pneumatic press. The juices then go through static settling. Only clear juices are vinified for 100% in stainless steel tanks. It is then fined and filtered before bottling. Chardonnay pairs well with poultry dishes, pork dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses.
