Owney's Mint Rum is made by infusing Owney's Rum with traditional mint and chocolate mint, both of which are grown in Master Distiller Bridget Firtles own garden. This rum was infused for two to three weeks without the addition of sugar before being bottled by hand. This mint rum is delicately fragrant, with all the complexity from two different types of mint. The palate is smooth with subtly sweet, minty undertone accentuated by notes of vanilla, bananas, tropical fruits and butterscotch.
