Very open and elegant nose with soft fruit and vegetal notes such as green bell pepper and Pascal celery. Good dark fruit concentration on the palate (certainly regarding the vintage and being a second wine); balanced and very fresh. Surprisingly good. Red Bordeaux pairs nicely with red meat, game such as pheasant and poultry such as grilled turkey. It complements food prepared with red wine and rich sauces.
