The mission is clear: Make great wines that express varietal character and terroir using sustainable vineyard practices. The Susumaniello is by far the best weve ever had. Susumaniello has been cultivated near Ostuni, at the foot of Puglias Murge Plateau, for centuries. It has always been prized for its beguiling aromatic character, but in the hands of the expert Angelini family, it exhibits a refinement and structure that should place it firmly in the top tier of native Pugliese varieties.
