Smoking Loon Zinfandel

Raspberry, clove and white pepper aromas are woven together nicely.  The dried fruit character on the mid-palate transitions to its gamey, sweet, and lightly tart finish, leaving a hint of black raspberry.

Zinfandel goes well with "typical American" food such as pizza and burgers, but also hearty enough to pair with red sauces, gamey meats, spicy dishes and asian cuisine.
