Sobon Zinfandel Port

A rare treat from Amador County, these Shenandoah Valley Zinfandel grapes were left hanging late into the growing season and picked only when the sugar content was affected to a specific point, producing a highly extracted, sweet and plush dessert wine (Sweet, Plum, Blackberry, Spice, Full-bodied)

Zinfandel goes well with "typical American" food such as pizza and burgers, but also hearty enough to pair with red sauces, gamey meats, spicy dishes and asian cuisine.
