A crisp, savory, nicely balanced wine with aromas of white peach, lychee and orange blossom. Aged in both French Oak and stainless steel barrels. Pair with fish or enjoy it by itself (Crisp, Apricot, Citrus, Light-bodied) Viognier pairs well with Indian or Moroccan cuisines, as well as richer fish and white meats.
