Ardbeg Day is the grand finale of the Fèis Ìle (the Islay Festival). This year, on May 31st, the Distillery invites fans on Islay and around the world to enter the Ardbeg Smokiverse. Made using an experimental process called ‘high gravity mashing,’ intensified flavors and an almost cosmic density make this Ardbeg Day release truly out of this world. Our latest Ardbeg Day expression gives rise to an entirely new dimension: the Smokiverse. The mash tun is at the center, pulling in everything in its path to produce an Ardbeg of galactic flavor proportions. Created using high gravity mashing, this Ardbeg Day malt is a first for the Distillery. From the dense swirl of a highly concentrated wort, our mash tun has given rise to a whisky of monumental proportions. Please Drink Responsibly.
