The Glenrothes vintage series was crafted to showcase Scotches at their drinking peak - forgoing the prevailing convention of age-statements and allowing greater expressive freedom to Malt Master Gordon Motion to create unique and memorable bottlings. The Glenrothes 1998 Vintage was crafted with a high proportion of first-fill sherry-seasoned casks in balance with American ex-bourbon oak showcasing bright, exotic aromas of pineapple, mango, and brûléed banana. The palate is rich with sweet vanilla and a lush mouthfeel highlighted by creamy coconut.
