This expertly crafted white rum uses classic French traditions, giving it the smoothest taste possible. With a mix of locally sourced molasses and estate owned sugarcane juice, this rum has the smoothest taste possible. We use both pot and column stills to create a unique flavor while keeping it clear as daylight. Made in the southernmost region of Mexico, Daylight Rum is truly one of a kind. The tropical climates, gentle winds, coastal breezes and excellent soil makes for the perfect environment to produce rum.
