Classic fully aged Bourbon Whiskey. This corn forward Bourbon is aged a minimum of 2 congressional terms or 4 years. Distilled in Indiana from a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, the whiskey is then entered into new charred barrels at 120 proof. We carefully select a small batch of between 20 and 40 barrels and bottle at a hearty barrel proof. Average proof in bottle is about 115 proof. The representative is enjoyable neat or on the rocks or with the right amount of water to match you palette. The explosive flavors will belie the fact that this is some high proof bourbon.
