Belgian yeast aromas are prominent, with notes of black pepper and some lemon and vanilla. The flavor is mostly sweet with a light bitter linger. Very warming initially, with a coating sweetness at the finish.
Honey Orange Tripel from New Belgium Brewing features premium ingredients for a smooth, citrusy beer packed with complex flavor. To create this bottle conditioned beer, we source wild honey from the African Bronze Honey Company. Old Town Spice Shop also helps us grind fresh Seville orange peels the day before we brew.
