Mashbill: 74% corn, 15% wheat, 11% barley Aged at least 3 years No artificial honey flavors or chemicals were used. Only 100% Texas wildflower honey infused in chunks of barrels, which are then soaked in our Small Batch Bourbon. History Garrison Brothers celebrated the release of HoneyDew with a drive-thru sealed bottle sales day at their distillery in Hye, Texas on Saturday, July 18th, 2020. Per state law, the bottles were sold for off-premise consumption. HoneyDew was first available at the distillery in Hye, Texas, beginning July 18th, 2020. The 80-proof bourbon is infused with 100% Texas-made Burleson’s wildflower honey resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a beautifully-subtle honey finish. Several well-known brands have released honey-infused whiskies, but none have made it the way our Master Distiller Donnis Todd does. It’s made the Garrison Brothers way using our award-winning Small Batch Texas Straight Bourbon, gently infused with delicious, golden wildflower honey. Our award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. Our Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank, letting the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months. No honey, artificial honey flavors, or additional chemicals were added into Garrison Brothers HoneyDew. Our Master Distiller Donnis Todd soaked barrel chunks in Burleson’s Texas Honey, letting them soak in subtle notes of honey flavors. Then, he dried them, collected them in a “tea-bag”, and let it soak in a vat of our Small Batch bourbon. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon was made entirely from corn-to-cork at our distillery.
