This highly anticipated release represents a major milestone for the Hye, Texas distillery, meeting the exacting requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act while showcasing the intense, accelerated aging process unique to the Texas heat. This specific expression has been aged for a minimum of six years, exceeding the legal requirement to deliver a remarkably mature and complex spirit. To bear the "Bottled-in-Bond" designation, this bourbon was distilled by a single distiller, at one distillery (DSP-TX-15027), in a single distilling season. It was then aged for at least six years in a federally bonded warehouse before being bottled at exactly 100 Proof (50% ABV). Crafted from a mash bill of local Texas corn, estate-grown winter wheat, and barley, this 6-year expression offers a deeply structured and refined take on the classic, rich Garrison Brothers profile.
