The celery is well-integrated on the palate of this gin, mingling with the coriander to provide a rich and softly spicy center. Notes of citrus oil and sappy juniper provide a contrasting sharpness on the palate.
Rutte Celery Gin is a London Style Dry Gin with six botanicals, one of them being Celery leaves, all distilled together. The Celery leaves give the Gin an UMAMI taste without being dominate. Master Distiller Myriam Hendrickx a.k.a “The Queen of Gin” sources and blends botanicals such as: juniper, celery leaves, coriander, angelica root, orange peel and cardamon, creating a uniquely well-balanced gin meeting your palate.
