AVUÁ JEQUITIBA ROSA Produced in a single barrel, this Jequitiba Rosa aged cachaça is our third offering in a series of native wood experiments. The large vertical cask of dark, rich wood imparts a LIGHT FRUITY AROMA with a delicate yet SLIGHTLY BITTER FLAVOR. Unique native wood-aged spirit - aged in a 1000L barrel, therefore, limited production. Jequitiba Rosa is a form of rosewood that's known to be high in density and strength. The barrel is also expected to use for decades at a time Ideal for the collector and rare spirits drinkers. Very nerdy and complex. Cocktails are usually very lightly modified but delicate and spirit forward.
