Back by popular demand, the once-seasonal LIME-POP aperitif is now available to savor year-round! Zesty, zippy, and refreshing, this aperitif starts with a white wine base and is flavored with 3,000 pounds of organic California limes from local farms. Uniquely, LIME-POP is made with Makrut limes (and their leaves), which are traditionally known for their use in Southeast Asian cooking, adding delightfully intense aromatics to the cuisine. These are then balanced with Bearss limes (your common grocery store lime), along with toasted fig leaves, vanilla bean, long pepper, and orris root. As always, no added sugar and no artificial colors or flavors. Just real, fresh, organic ingredients only! The result? A perfect base for a Spritz, or a zesty addition to a variety of cocktails!
