Distilled from the finest California wines and produced in the style of South American piscos, Calisco showcases the brighter side of grape brandy with notes of citrus, floral, green fruits, and melons, alongside bergamot, cinnamon and white pepper. Calisco is rested in steel tanks for a minimum of 2 years, preserving the original characteristics of the grape varietals in our blend, resulting in a more refined and complex final product. At 38% ABV, it remains smooth and slides effortlessly into the glass with your favorite mixer. While Calisco can be savored neat or over ice, it’s been intentionally blended for infinite mixability. It notably enhances the crushability factor of your favorite classic cocktails. When used as a split base with other clear spirits, particularly agave and cane spirits, it completely raises the bar.
