Our Bajarriba Reposado begins life in a barrel from our exquisite, first-rate Plata using pure, deep well water, mature hand-picked agaves at an average of eight years old, slow baked in “hornos” (adobe brick ovens), fermented in Stainless steel tanks, distilled in Copper / Stainless steel hybrid pots. Our Reposado expression is rested / aged four to five months in used American White Oak Whiskey Barrels. In order to have a Great Reposado, it has to start with a Great Plata. This is by far one of the truest tasting Reposado Tequilas on the market. Savor and Sip this celebrated Reposado and you too will know the true feeling of “Peace, Love & Tequila”®️
