The Neue Brut is a dealcoholized sparkling Chardonnay. This alcohol-removed wine offers an authentic wine experience and serves as a chic Champagne alternative. The 2024 Vintage Neue Brut delights the palate with its harmonious blend of zesty lemon and a hint of minerality, perfectly balanced with the wine's refreshing acidity. Our grapes hail from a fifth generation vineyard and are grown using sustainable and ecological practices. During the wine making process, cultured yeast was selected for optimal expression of citrus and stone fruit characteristics in the Chardonnay. The perlage is similar to that of traditional Champagne, producing effervescent bubbles.
