Utilizing old style distilling and blending processes, this Deborgen Genever is a truly unique and elegant spirit. The base spirit contains in it's proprietary blend, an ample amount of 17 year old malt genever aged in Olorosso Sherry casks. Rich notes counter balance the lightness of the perfume like botanicals that make this bottle a draw for spirits drinkers. Perfect on its own. Superb – a mix of bready grain and succulent fruitiness overlaid with a woody spice. Creamy vanilla nicely complements the juniper.
