The result is a structured, vinous, bubbly Champagne featuring intense, complex flavors of fresh fruit with a long, powerful finish. This sparkling wine from the Champagne region has an expressive nose with notes of ripe peaches, apricots and pineapple underscored by touches of vanilla and pastry, dried fruits, yeast and honey.
