Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 1/2 ozlime juice
- 1/2 ozsimple syrup
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Blueberries
- Mint

- Cocktail Shaker
- Stemless Wine Glass
Directions
- Muddle blueberries and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker
- Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake
- Pour into a glass with ice and top with champagne
- Garnish with lime wheel, mint leaves, and blueberries
