Bourbon Honey Bear

Ingredients
- 2 ozwater
- ¾ ozhoney
- ½ ozgranulated sugar
- 2sage leaves
- ½orange
- 1 ½ ozbourbon
- Apple cider

- Lowball Glass
- Saucepan
Directions
- Combine water, honey, sugar, sage leaves, and 2 orange slices on high heat until it reaches a boil and sugar and honey has dissolved.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Fill glasses with ice, bourbon, and cooled simple syrup mixture.
- Top with sage leave, orange slice, and splash of apple cider.
