Classic Mojito
This Cuban cocktail is delicious and refreshing, typically made with white rum. The muddled mint and sugar make it especially thirst-quenching. The trick to a mojito is to lightly muddle the mint to preserve all of the flavors.
Instructions
- Lightly muddle mint, sugar, and lime juice in a glass
- Add rum and a splash of soda water
- Stir and garnish with lime and mint sprigs
