A summer version of an Italian classic, this frozen cocktail is everything you need to keep cool. The classic Bellini features prosecco with a splash of peach puree. We’ve added a splash of mango nectar for a blended frozen favorite.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 4 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Blend peach slices and mango nectar until smooth
  2. Fill champagne flute until half full
  3. Top with prosecco or sparkling wine
  4. Garnish with peach slices
