Lemon Drizzle 75

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 parts Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin
• 1 1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 part simple syrup
• Champagne or prosecco, to top
• Lemon Twist (to garnish)

Instructions

1. Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe.
4. Top with chilled Champagne or prosecco.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
