- 1 3/4 partMaker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 partAperol
- 3/4 partlemon juice
- 1/2 partthyme honey
- 1 dashmaple bitters
- Apples and thyme sprig for garnish

Directions
- Infuse Maker’s Mark with apples.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with thyme sprig and apple slice.
