Pimm's Cup
The Pimm's Cup was created in the mid 1800s in London as a refreshing digestif. It's light and subtly fruity, which makes it the perfect cocktail to enjoy in the summer, and is perfect for whipping up in batches for entertaining. You can also swap out the ginger ale for Champagne for a slightly stronger drink.
