Pineapple Sizzler
Despite its sizzling name, this cocktail will keep you cool on hot summer days. Slightly charred pineapple gives this drink a deliciously smoky and sweet flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 ozTito's Handmade Vodka
- 3 ozclub soda
- 1/2 ozsmoked simple syrup
- 1grilled pineapple wheel, muddled
- 1/2fresh orange, juiced
Tools
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple slices in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Tito’s Handmade Vodka, smoked simple syrup, and fresh orange juice.
- Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
