Ingredients
- 2plums
- 6thyme sprigs
- 1lemon
- 2 ozsimple syrup
- 1 bottleprosecco
Tools
- Cocktail Muddler
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
Directions
- Peel and chop two plums
- Muddle plums with the thyme, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into a mason jar and top with prosecco
- Garnish with plum slices and thyme sprig
