Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 4 mint leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 lime wedge
• 2 oz white rum
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• Club soda

Instructions

1. Muddle mint, sugar, and lime in a glass
2. Add ice, pomegranate juice, and rum and top with club soda
3. Stir and garnish with mint and lime wheel
