- 1 1/2 ozEmpress 1908 Gin
- 3 ozCranberry Juice
- 1 1/2 ozSparkling Wine
- Berries
- Mint Leaves

- Stemless Wine Glass
- Jigger
Directions
- Build ingredients in a stemless wine glass, starting with the berries, followed by ice.
- Slowly layer the cranberry juice, sparkling wine and finally, the gin on top.
- Garnish with a mint spring.
- We recommend stirring before sipping!
