Ingredients
- 2 ozrye whiskey
- 2 dashespeychaud’s bitters
- 1 dashangostura bitters
- absinthe
- 1 tspsugar
- lemon peel
Tools
- Mixing Glass
- Lowball Glass
- Cocktail Stirrer
Directions
- Rinse glass with absinthe
- In a mixing glass combine sugar, bitters and a few drops of water
- Mix until well combined
- Add rye whiskey
- Stir
- Transfer to lowball glass or rocks glass
- Garnish with lemon peel
