Sidecar

A prohibition-era classic that originated after WWI. Although the exact origins of the cocktail are disputed, with some believing it was invented in Paris, and others in New Orleans, this iconic drink continues to be enjoyed as a staple cocktail today. A well-made sidecar should enhance and supplement the taste of the primary spirit.
