Sparkling Rum Punch
A bubbly take on a classic rum punch, the club soda cuts some of the sweetness out of this Caribbean cocktail. Let it transport you to the white sandy beaches and beautiful blue waters of the West Indies.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions
- Combine all rum and juices in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Pour into a highball glass with fresh ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with orange slice.
