Spring Gin Sour
Don’t let the egg white scare you off! This classic drink looks beautiful and tastes just as great.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
- 1lemon juice
- 1/2 ozsimple syrup
- 1egg white
Tools
- Cocktail Shaker
- Coupe Glass
- Strainer
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
