Spring Gin Sour

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
• 1 lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake vigorously
3. Add ice and shake again
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
