One of New Orleans' most famous drinks and an essential to serve for a traditional Mardi Gras party.

Ingredients

  • 2 ozlight rum
  • 2 ozdark rum
  • 11/2 ozpassion fruit juice
  • 1 1/2 ozpineapple juice
  • 1/2lime
  • 1 tbspgrenadine
  • 1orange
  • Lime for garnish

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Paring Knife
  • Highball Glass

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour into a highball glass with ice
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge
