Twisted Rickey
The Bourbon Rickey was the original classic before Gin became a popular choice of spirit to substitute for Bourbon. This classic gets a tart, savory twist with an extra splash of citrus.

Ingredients
- 2 ozBourbon
- 1/2 ozFresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ozFresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1Lime or lemon wheel for garnish
Tools
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
Directions
- Combine scotch, lemon juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain over ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with lime or lemon wheel and enjoy!
