Vanilla Pear Drop

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 2 oz rum
  • 4 oz prosecco
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pear

Instructions

  1. Muddle pear with honey and vanilla extract
  2. Add ice and rum
  3. Shake until chilled
  4. Strain into glass
  5. Top with prosecco
  6. Garnish with pear slice
