Vanilla Pear Drop

This fall cocktail is one that is sure to turn heads this season. Stand out and serve the Vanilla Pear Drop at all of your fall soirees.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 2 oz rum
  • 4 oz prosecco
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pear

Instructions

  1. Muddle pear with honey and vanilla extract
  2. Add ice and rum
  3. Shake until chilled
  4. Strain into glass
  5. Top with prosecco
  6. Garnish with pear slice
