Whiskey Fig Sour
This deliciously sweet and sour mash-up of fall flavors is the perfect way to use fresh, juicy figs. This simple drink only calls for a few ingredients and is a great way to give your drink an autumnal twist while staying true to the classic whiskey sour
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz whiskey or bourbon
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- club soda
- 1/2 ripe fig
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and figs.
- Strain and pour into a lowball glass filled with ice.
- Add a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of fig and enjoy!
