Winter Mimosa

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz fresh clementine juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz vodka
• 2 dashes bitters
• 2 oz champagne
• Thyme
• Orange

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, bitters, clementine juice and simple syrup
2. Shake until cold and pour into glass over ice
3. Top with champagne and garnish with thyme and orange
