The 100% Malbec grapes are hand-picked in high density vineyards located in Vista Flores/Chacayes (Valle de Uco) in vineyards located in the first alluvial terrace of the Arroyo Grande creek. Soils are selected for their high content in active limestone. Malbec pairs well with lean red meats, blue cheeses, mushrooms and roasted vegetables.
