The newest addition to the Bacardi Rum family line: Bacardi Black Razz Rum: Raspberry Infused Rum with Black Sapote. Bacardi Black Razz is an amped up version of the current Bacardi Razz. Black Razz combines raspberries with the black sapote. The black sapote, also referred to as the chocolate pudding fruit, is in the persimmon family. It looks like a tomato, but when ripened is extremely soft and custard like inside hence the term "chocolate pudding fruit". The black sapote does have a slight chocolatey flavor and is extremely high in Vitamin C.
