This wine was gently whole cluster pressed using sustainably farmed, estate grown fruit from our sites at Bedell and Corey Creek. It was then fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel to maximize its youthfulness and aromatic character. The 2013 vintage was unique and exceptional, perhaps the greatest growing season in 40 years of Long Island winemaking.
